Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with craft business clients.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to placement.
- Moderate negotiations between companies and candidates to ensure optimal results.
- Develop strategic growth for accounts and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Develop and optimize individual recruiting strategies for partner companies.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions to ensure customer satisfaction and identify potential challenges.
- Analyze account performance and apply insights for process improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the candidate team to facilitate successful placements.
