Requirements
- 1–2 years of proven experience in disciplinary or functional team leadership (at least 3 people).
- Didactic experience in teaching complex topics (e.g., trainer, coach, teacher).
- Completed degree or equivalent qualification, ideally in a quantitative or analytical field.
- Secure knowledge of process automation.
- Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Metabase, or Asana.
- Fundamental understanding and practical experience with Generative AI (GenAI).
- Ability to communicate clearly, empathetically, and constructively, with strong conflict-resolution skills.
- Structured, solution-oriented approach with a high standard for quality and reliability.
- Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the coaching team with a focus on professional development, performance, and feedback.
- Plan and implement academic support for new and existing training programs, including coach onboarding.
- Ensure quality assurance through KPI analysis, regular feedback, and documentation of all process workflows.
- Identify and implement automation potentials (e.g., HubSpot workflows, Skedulo) in coaching and support processes.
- Participate in strategic project design, such as optimizing feedback systems and improving operational processes.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Training, Delivery, Learning, Customer Success, and Client Operations teams.
