Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a parabroker or in mortgage broker support with hands-on application ownership.
- Knowledge of Australian residential lending, including serviceability, documentation standards, and lender policy.
- Experience with an Australian aggregator or broking CRM platform.
- High accuracy under volume and ability to track multiple applications simultaneously.
- Strong written English for client and lender correspondence.
- Ability to work independently and drive a pipeline forward.
- Must be available during core AEST/AEDT business hours.
Responsibilities
- Manage the active loan pipeline end-to-end, tracking status and next actions for every deal.
- Review client documentation, including payslips and bank statements, for accuracy and reconciliation.
- Prepare and compile loan applications, lender forms, and submission packs.
- Liaise directly with lenders regarding submissions, queries, conditions, and approvals.
- Draft client communications and follow up on outstanding documentation.
- Maintain accurate records in the client's CRM and aggregator platform.
- Provide general administrative support to reduce the broker's operational workload.
