Requirements

- Proven experience creating tutorials, how-to articles, and documentation-adjacent resources.
- Ability to read, understand, and explain code samples.
- Strong writing and editing skills with focus on accuracy, clarity, and structure.
- Ability to translate complex technical information into approachable content.
- Comfort working across multiple programming languages and SDK environments.
- Experience collaborating with engineers, product teams, or other subject-matter experts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to incorporate technical feedback.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver high-quality work against deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Write how-to guides, technical articles, and use-case content for developers.
- Translate product capabilities and technical concepts into clear, practical resources.
- Incorporate code samples, implementation steps, and technical requirements into content.
- Refresh and improve existing content to strengthen accuracy and discoverability.
- Partner with AEO and SEO specialists to address gaps in developer discovery channels.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to verify technical claims.
- Support the broader content program including ebooks, sales enablement, and campaign materials.
