Requirements
- Experience developing and configuring in Unity Catalog and SQL Editor.
- Solid knowledge of Databricks.
- Advanced command of Power BI, including complex data modeling and advanced DAX.
- Strong SQL skills with advanced query logic for handling complex data sources.
- Technical sensitivity to validate complex, high-stakes business data.
- Demonstrated autonomy and proactivity to operate independently under defined deadlines.
- Experience in business-critical data migration projects is a plus.
- Experience validating large-scale volumetric data between systems is a plus.
- Experience working under tight, deadline-driven project timelines is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Participate in technical migration, replacing sources feeding current Power BI dashboards with migrated Datalake views.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency by validating row counts and volumes between source systems and Power BI reports.
- Validate and cross-check sensitive, business-critical metrics, including data covering millions of users and variable compensation figures.
- Design and optimize complex business logic and DAX queries to ensure robust platform performance.
- Collaborate with technical support and dashboard design teams to deliver robust, visually polished outputs.
