Requirements
- Proven experience in data engineering and delivery of large-scale analytical solutions.
- Advanced expertise in Snowflake data modeling, performance tuning, and security.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks and modern cloud-based architectures.
- Strong proficiency in advanced SQL and development of production-grade pipelines.
- Solid Python programming skills for automation and data processing.
- Experience with dbt or equivalent tools for data transformation.
- Familiarity with Data Governance, Data Quality, lineage, and metadata management.
- Practical experience with RAG, LLM APIs, and AI agent development.
- Experience with Azure or similar cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, source control, and modern software engineering practices.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise AI agent architectures, including LLM orchestration, reasoning workflows, and API integration.
- Architect and develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for indexing, retrieval, and context enrichment.
- Build secure connectors for AI agents to interact with corporate knowledge bases and analytical platforms.
- Drive LLMOps and production readiness through observability, cost management, and cloud security practices.
- Optimize scalable data pipelines and analytical solutions using Snowflake and Databricks.
- Establish and promote engineering standards for CI/CD, testing, and automated deployment.
- Lead data modeling efforts and provide technical mentorship to less experienced engineers.
