Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, ideally shipping complex, high-quality features for a SaaS product.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating craft, interaction design, and visual design skills.
- Experience working across desktop, mobile, and emerging AI-driven surfaces.
- Ability to balance speed and attention to detail.
- Experience working end-to-end, from systems thinking to interaction details.
- Experience building prototypes to communicate ideas.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product and engineering teams.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous problems.
- Familiarity with accessibility best practices and inclusive design principles.
- Excitement for AI-driven design and agentic experiences.
- Strong sense of agency, ownership, and autonomy.
Responsibilities
- Own design end-to-end for high-impact product areas, from early concept through shipped, polished execution.
- Apply strong interaction design, visual design, and information architecture fundamentals to solve real problems.
- Help define new interaction patterns for agentic and AI-powered experiences.
- Sketch, prototype, and test ideas at different levels of fidelity to validate decisions quickly.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to align on goals and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Communicate design decisions clearly, invite feedback, and actively participate in critique.
- Contribute to the design system to keep it consistent, scalable, and useful.
