Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience as a Product Designer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects.
- Proven experience delivering beautiful, innovative consumer-facing experiences.
- Experience with mobile web (bonus).
- Proficiency in Figma for collaborative design work.
- Ability to work with user researchers to conduct weekly concept testing.
- Experience in early-stage product development, setting vision, and maintaining high standards for craft.
- Passionate about solving complex customer problems in mental health access and affordability.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the patient matching team to deliver remarkable patient experiences for finding the right therapist.
- Set the product experience north star and evolve the product vision.
- Utilize interaction design, prototyping, and visual design skills to build design solutions.
- Contribute to and evolve the Headway design system (Helix) to scale provider experiences.
- Collaborate daily with product and engineering partners in Figma.
- Work with user researchers to test concepts weekly with potential patients.
- Contribute to team culture, process, and foundations to help grow a world-class design team.
