Job Details

Bachelor's degree in IT, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of direct functional and technical experience leading full-life cycle implementations.
Exceptional understanding of D365 F&SCM Manufacturing architecture and functional modules.
5+ years of experience with .NET/X++, AX 2009 / 2012, and D365 F&SCM Manufacturing.
Experience with complex integrations, customizations, release management, and Microsoft-hosted environments.
Proficiency in Integration Architecture, Data Architecture, and the Power Platform.
Demonstrated leadership on enterprise-level projects.
Working knowledge of ISV solutions and industry-specific best practices.
Excellent communication, planning, and organization skills.
Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English.
Relevant Microsoft D365 certifications (e.g., MB-310, MB-330, MB-700) are preferred.

Lead the configuration and deployment of enterprise-level D365 F&SCM / Manufacturing direct customer projects.
Create and deliver the solution blueprint in accordance with industry best practices.
Collaborate with project management for project scoping, analysis, and estimations.
Evaluate business processes to create functional requirements and design specifications.
Provide project and team leadership, driving organizational adoption of new processes and systems.
Conduct user training and support user acceptance testing.
Track status of tasks through Azure DevOps and manage vendor and client relationships.
