Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Dynamics 365 F&O/Dynamics AX experience as an implementation functional lead.
- Minimum 2 full lifecycle Dynamics 365 F&O/Dynamics AX implementations (Analysis to Deployment).
- Minimum 5 years of professional industry or consulting experience.
- Strong industry experience within Manufacturing.
- Relevant certification in D365 F&O Supply Chain, Production, or Finance (or attainment within 90 days).
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Strong planning, organization, and customer relationship management skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal manufacturing, finance, and supply chain consultants to meet customer expectations.
- Define functional requirements and document solution designs through detailed requirements meetings.
- Oversee the design, configuration, and testing of core Dynamics 365 ERP modules.
- Manage client communication and act as an expert advisor within Executive Steering Committees.
- Partner with project managers to create system cutover and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) plans.
- Provide senior support for user documentation, end-user training, and system administrator guidance.
- Coordinate with technical leads on data migration, customizations, and Azure DevOps test planning.
- Represent MCA Connect at promotional and educational events.
