Requirements
- Strong business knowledge of B2B sales, lead-to-opportunity, quote-to-order, customer service, field service, marketing journeys, and CRM models.
- Hands-on functional experience configuring D365 CE modules, Dataverse, model-driven apps, dashboards, business rules, and Power Platform capabilities.
- Ability to facilitate senior stakeholder conversations, handle ambiguity, and challenge requirements constructively.
- Experience with agile delivery, requirements traceability, process mapping, adoption planning, and business value realization.
- Proficiency in producing executive-ready deliverables such as capability maps, future-state process models, and fit-gap summaries.
- Experience with D365 ERP Processes and Dual Write (preferred).
- Recommended certifications: MB-280, MB-230, MB-240, PL-200, or equivalent D365 CE credentials.
- Change management certification (preferred).
- Must be able to travel up to 30%.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and triage complex or escalated support cases, owning cross-functional issues through resolution.
- Lead post-go-live stabilization and hypercare engagements by defining scope and transition-to-steady-state plans.
- Conduct D365 system assessments and health checks, providing risk analysis and strategic improvement roadmaps.
- Architect and oversee iterative phased module deployments and provide governance for staff augmentation engagements.
- Facilitate stakeholder conversations and act as a trusted advisor to client leadership regarding project decisions and risks.
- Define functional requirements, document solution designs, and lead gap analysis meetings.
- Collaborate with the development team to specify requirements for custom code, integrations, and reports.
