Job Details

Bachelor's degree in IT, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of direct functional and technical experience leading full-life cycle implementations.
Expert understanding of D365 F&SCM Finance architecture and functional modules.
5+ years of experience with .NET/X++, AX 2009/2012, and D365 F&SCM Finance.
Proven track record in solution design for complex integrations and customizations.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft-hosted environment and release management processes.
Understanding of Integration and Data Architecture, and experience with Power Platform.
Demonstrated leadership role on enterprise-level projects.
Experience with requirements gathering and Fit-Gap analysis.
Proficiency in English with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to travel up to 25% for client projects and events.

Lead the configuration and deployment of enterprise-level D365 F&SCM Finance projects including design, planning, and testing.
Create and deliver solution blueprints in accordance with company methodologies and industry best practices.
Collaborate with the technical team and Project Manager to create solution estimates and statements of work.
Evaluate business processes and user needs to create functional requirements and design specifications.
Provide functional leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, including Fit-Gap analysis and user training.
Act as a solution advisor during design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
Monitor upcoming D365 releases and industry trends to ensure solution relevance.
