Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, Big 4, or a comparably analytical role.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, engineering, mathematics, or another quantitative field.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for building financial models.
- Hands-on exposure to a real budgeting or forecasting cycle.
- Strong judgment in utilizing AI for work tasks, including the ability to verify and validate machine-generated outputs.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to summarize complex models for executive decision-making.
- Extreme attention to detail and ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Based in the US.
Responsibilities
- Own reporting on the ROI of growth investments by channel, campaign, and segment.
- Run Deal Desk by serving as the finance liaison for pricing, deal structures, and non-standard terms.
- Build and maintain customer and growth economics models.
- Partner with department leads through quarterly budget and headcount planning.
- Track spend against budget and flag areas requiring executive decision-making.
- Support the monthly forecast cycle, including reconciling actuals and building variance analysis.
- Automate recurring manual work using AI workflows, queries, and dashboards.
