Requirements
- 4+ years in technical roles such as Integrations Engineer, QA, TAM, Solutions Architect, or FDE.
- 2+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payment, fraud, risk, or compliance domains.
- Strong execution skills with integration and automation expertise.
- Experience working with multiple internal and external technical teams.
- Ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts to diverse personas.
- Proficiency with SQL querying and JSON payload analysis.
- Experience with API specs like OpenAPI and web development.
- Scripting experience for building internal tools (e.g., Python, Bash, Ruby, Golang).
- Familiarity with Postman for testing.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products.
- Work closely with clients to provide end-to-end support during their onboarding process.
- Own APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides, and overall support documents.
- Analyze client technical requirements and design solutions using Sardine's system capabilities.
- Manage implementation projects including timeline, quality, and risk mitigation.
- Build a deep understanding of customer business problems and success criteria.
- Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders.
