Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, or enterprise platform delivery.
- Strong foundation in full-stack development, scripting, APIs, and microservices.
- Hands-on experience building, deploying, or supporting AI/LLM-powered applications, RAG systems, or agentic workflows.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Understanding of modern LLM concepts including prompt engineering, context management, and vector search.
- Experience with responsible AI concepts such as hallucination mitigation and data privacy.
- Proven background in client-facing consulting, solutions architecture, or technical implementation roles.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Ability to travel approximately 25%.
Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and operationalize agentic AI workflows, AI assistants, and AI-powered automations within client ServiceNow environments.
- Translate customer business requirements into technical architectures and implementation plans.
- Build enterprise AI applications using Claude and the Anthropic API.
- Develop retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions grounded in authorized enterprise data.
- Integrate NewRocket Agent Packs and AI accelerators into enterprise technology ecosystems.
- Evaluate and monitor AI workflow quality across dimensions like accuracy, latency, and cost.
- Collaborate with internal product teams to evolve NewRocket's AI platforms and intellectual property.
