Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an Integrated Designer with motion skills in an agency or studio environment.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating hands-on creation of traditional and AI-assisted design projects.
- Working knowledge of GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or Veo3.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and InDesign.
- Strong proficiency in digital, social, and e-commerce design standards and mobile-first best practices.
- Critical eye for detail with the ability to analyze and correct GenAI-generated outputs.
- Strategic ability to identify opportunities for AI integration within creative workflows.
- Strong retouching skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in written and verbal English.
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and adaptation to new creative technologies.
- Figma experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Ideate, create, and deliver integrated design assets across digital and social channels.
- Design, layout, animate, and refine marketing assets for various platforms using GenAI tools.
- Develop creative content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Display using the Pencil platform.
- Manage client briefs from insight and concept through to final creative assembly.
- Optimize and adapt assets for multi-channel rollouts, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
- Respond constructively to feedback and use GenAI capabilities to rapidly iterate designs.
- Present work to internal teams, explaining the role of GenAI in the creative process.
- Research and experiment with new GenAI tools, sharing insights and findings with the team.
