Requirements

- Deep understanding of design constraints for Web, iOS, and Android platforms.
- Proven systems-thinking mindset with a focus on sustainable product scaling.
- Strong familiarity with how developers build and consume components in code.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma (variants, properties, components, variables).
- Solid grasp of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design.
- Technical literacy in component-driven frameworks like React or Flutter.
- Knowledge of Atomic Design methodology.
- Excellent writing skills for creating clear technical guidelines.
- Portfolio showcasing design system impact and end-to-end product thinking.
Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards for visual elements including typography, spacing, and color.
- Design and build robust, scalable component libraries.
- Define interaction behaviors and state transitions for intuitive user experiences.
- Structure and manage design tokens to sync design and code environments.
- Organize complex Figma libraries to improve team design workflows.
- Partner with engineering teams to bridge design and production across Web, React, Flutter, and Native platforms.
- Create comprehensive documentation and usage guidelines for components.
