Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in B2B software product marketing, including running launches end to end.
- Experience working on small teams with end-to-end ownership.
- Proven track record with analyst relations and formal evaluation submissions.
- Experience with pricing and packaging mechanics.
- Strong cross-functional project management skills.
- Track record of building effective field enablement materials.
- Comfort working directly with product and engineering teams on technical products.
- Strong writing skills with high quality standards.
- Comfort operating with autonomy in environments without heavy process.
- Background in finance, FP&A, or accounting, or experience marketing to finance buyers (preferred).
- Willingness to present externally through webinars, customer sessions, and events (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Support cross-functional product launches including timeline management, dependencies, and internal communications.
- Develop and standardize a launch model to increase efficiency.
- Create and deliver sales enablement materials and training for new product launches.
- Manage end-to-end analyst relationships, including briefing calendars and evaluation submissions.
- Lead the competitive intelligence program, synthesizing data into actionable internal enablement assets.
- Partner with solutions consulting to extend enablement to the partner channel.
- Manage pricing execution, including SKU setup, Deal Desk partnership, and field enablement.
- Collaborate with product teams on launch sequencing and translating technical product details for sellers.
- Support messaging, positioning, launch narrative development, and external speaking engagements.
