Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in IT architecture, solution design, or enterprise application development.
  • Current Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) Certification required.
  • Extensive experience with Pega Infinity Platform and Pega Version 8.x.
  • Experience with Constellation UX Design System.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, system integrations, networking concepts, and security frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and managing large-scale application development initiatives.
  • Experience conducting design reviews, code reviews, and solution governance activities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical authority and Lead System Architect for enterprise Pega implementations.
  • Provide architectural leadership throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and organizational technology strategy.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Design and oversee Pega integrations with enterprise systems and third-party technologies in collaboration with integration architects and technical teams.
  • Lead application architecture, deployment planning, performance optimization, and infrastructure alignment.
  • Establish and enforce development standards, coding best practices, and Pega guardrails.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, design reviews, and code reviews to ensure quality, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Ensure compliance with information security policies, accessibility standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage platform-level defects, including Section 508 accessibility issues, and drive remediation efforts.
  • Mentor and coach junior developers, Senior System Architects, and development teams on Pega best practices.
