Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree.
- 7+ years of extensive experience in Java software development.
- 3+ years of extensive experience in DevSecOps (CI/CD).
- Proficiency in Java EE, Hibernate, and RDBMS (preferably PostgreSQL).
- Experience with web frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, modern frameworks like Angular).
- Experience with search engines (preferably Elasticsearch).
- Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-code (preferably AWS CloudFormation).
- Proficiency in testing tools (preferably Junit, Selenium).
- Experience managing (offshore) development teams.
- Experience working with Scrum and QA activities.
- Experience working with Cloud/AWS.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Manage the software development team and provide architectural expertise, direction, and assistance.
- Collaborate with the Lisbon business team and technical teams to design, implement, and maintain the new IT system.
- Manage the development process using agile practices with regular working builds at the end of 3-week sprints.
- Ensure technical alignment with standards such as ICTD, CICD, CMU, and SDSWG.
- Plan and manage team tasks using JIRA.
- Integrate the system with the IP Portal for CX functionalities.
- Create comprehensive functional, technical, and transition-to-operations documentation.
