Requirements
- 8+ years of software QA or quality engineering experience, including testing of AI- or ML-powered features.
- Proven ability to manage, mentor, and coach direct reports or quality professionals.
- Strong automation skills and experience with at least one testing framework.
- Working knowledge of AI testing concepts, such as hallucination detection, bias testing, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with WCAG 2.1 or WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards.
- Ability to work effectively in client-facing consulting environments.
- Proven experience assessing QA practices, recommending improvements, and leading implementation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in agency, digital consultancy, or professional services environments is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define the vision and roadmap for software quality in an AI-accelerated development environment.
- Establish testing standards, including manual, automated, and AI-powered approaches with human oversight.
- Build evaluation frameworks for AI outputs to assess accuracy, relevance, bias, and hallucination detection.
- Lead the use of agentic AI for automated test creation and mentor quality specialists.
- Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, including unit, functional, integration, and visual regression tests.
- Manage and mentor quality professionals while coaching client engineering teams on quality ownership.
- Present quality outcomes to client stakeholders and advise on best practices.
