Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping.
- 2+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, consulting, and client-facing project delivery.
- Proven experience defining business questions, success metrics, and reporting requirements.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead projects, workstreams, and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experience with Pega implementations or enterprise software development is preferred.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or SAFe) is preferred.
- Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead Pega product development initiatives from requirements gathering through solution delivery.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and end users to gather requirements and document user stories.
- Partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs and define acceptance criteria.
- Serve as Scrum Master facilitating all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
- Remove impediments and manage project risks to ensure timely delivery.
- Develop status reports, sprint summaries, and project updates for leadership.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and stakeholder demonstrations.
