Requirements
- Hands-on experience in establishing testing strategy and defining quality metrics for products deployed in SaaS and customer managed environments
- Thorough understanding of the SDLC and changes required for agentic development
- Strong understanding of test architecture, automation, CI/CD, observability, release management, and root-cause analysis
- Experience with AI-developed tests and workflows
- BS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- 10+ years of total industry experience
- 4+ years of experience in a technical leadership role
Responsibilities
- Own the quality strategy across Cribl products and communicate metrics for data-driven prioritization of the team’s roadmap
- Lead continuous improvement in test automation, CI stability, defect prevention, root-cause analysis, and escape-rate reduction
- Continuously optimize end to end pipelines for both quality and velocity, removing bottlenecks for both people and agentic workflows
- Foster a 'customer first' mindset by continuously running failure analysis to close the testing gap with customer deployments
- Establish a strong partnership with product management and engineering managers to ensure quality standards are implemented from the start
- Coach, mentor, and grow a remote-first team of exceptional test engineers focusing on agentic workflows
