Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, energy, engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business consulting, finance, engineering, or a related field.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel capabilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
- Experience with BI/BA platforms and tools.
- Financial and analytical acumen.
- Experience using and maintaining pricing tools and templates.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Dynamic presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Review RFP requirements and manage pricing activities throughout the RFP process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand cost components of products and services.
- Collect, manage, and validate pricing inputs from internal sources and subcontractors.
- Maintain pricing models and ensure all inputs and approvals are obtained before proposal submission.
- Complete required proposal documentation and record data in Salesforce.
- Analyze benchmarks, market factors, and competitor intelligence to establish competitive pricing.
- Present pricing models and financial analysis to the leadership team for final approval.
- Drive continuous process improvement to enhance margin performance and win rates.
