Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in indirect procurement and strategic sourcing.
- Deep expertise in Facilities categories and supplier ecosystems.
- Proven experience leading large-scale sourcing events and complex negotiations.
- Prior experience interfacing with stakeholders in professional consulting, BPO, or managed services.
- Demonstrated expertise in TCO modeling and data-driven analysis.
- Experience driving change management and cross-functional consensus.
- Experience with value engineering and specification optimization.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel for analysis and PowerPoint for presentations.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.
- Willingness to travel minimally (<10%).
Responsibilities
- Lead a client industry pod and manage a team of sourcing professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Facilities categories including HVAC, Janitorial, Waste Management, Security, and Utilities.
- Manage the end-to-end RFP process, from data gathering and evaluation to supplier negotiations and contracting.
- Apply TCO modeling to evaluate supplier proposals and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Implement cost-reduction strategies such as value engineering and demand optimization.
- Monitor spend, supplier performance, and savings targets at the category level.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders at all levels, including the C-suite.
