Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in supply chain, procurement, operations, or logistics.
- Experience in CPG, Food & Beverage, retail, or other inventory-based industries.
- Strong understanding of procurement, manufacturing coordination, and 3PL operations.
- Experience monitoring inventory, supporting replenishment, and demand planning.
- Proven ability to independently manage manufacturers, suppliers, and freight providers.
- Experience building and documenting operational workflows and SOPs.
- Strong familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Ability to work with meaningful overlap with client working hours.
- Must be able to attend in-person training during the first 3.5 weeks.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate ingredient procurement and manufacturing schedules to ensure production stays on track.
- Manage purchase orders, supplier timelines, and procurement requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with 3PL partners for timely order fulfillment.
- Build, document, and improve operational workflows and SOPs.
- Serve as the primary operational contact for manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners.
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to streamline operational workflows and automate tasks.
