Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of experience in a communication-heavy role at a reputable firm.
- Demonstrate professional fluency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
- Balance high-level marketing strategy with hands-on execution.
- Bring experience in marketing strategy, campaign optimization, and marketing execution.
- Be able to collaborate across teams and improve processes using data analysis.
- An undergraduate degree is preferred; relevant work experience is also valued.
- Certifications such as an MBA, CFA, CIM, CIPM, or CIMA are an added advantage.
- Be available to work a split shift with some overlap with the client’s time zone.
- Attend in-person training programs during the first 3.5 weeks.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for brand or revenue growth across social media, paid ads, content creation, and lead generation.
- Track and report campaign performance, adjusting tactics to improve results.
- Collaborate with teams to produce content aligned with brand goals, and develop content when needed.
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize channel spend to maximize ROI.
- Oversee and refine marketing workflows, content calendars, and schedules.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and KPIs.
- Build relationships with internal teams and external partners, and provide insights and guidance to stakeholders.
- Analyze marketing efforts and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Manage client emails, calls, and other professional communications, and organize information and updates.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and reports.
