Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on programming experience, including Python, REST APIs, data wrangling, and automation tools.
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role implementing SaaS software, data science, analytics, or reporting tools.
- Proven ability to build and maintain data pipelines and system integrations.
- Proficiency in SQL and MySQL database.
- Experience with Python and Java development.
- Familiarity with Jenkins and CI/CD automation.
- Excellent communication, documentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to understand client challenges and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and initiative.
- Flexibility to balance multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Build connections between Watershed and client systems, and configure Watershed to meet client goals.
- Build and maintain data pipelines and API integrations, and write scripts to create and manage data connections.
- Perform data analysis on complex data sets and build dashboards and reports to help clients.
- Consult with clients on their goals, share best practices, and help build learning data ecosystems.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot issues, working closely with the technology team.
- Automate repetitive technical workflows using CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
- Train clients on how to use Watershed effectively.
