Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on programming experience, ideally including Python, REST APIs, and data wrangling.
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role implementing SaaS software, data science, analytics, or reporting tools.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain data pipelines and system integrations.
- Ability to understand client challenges and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
- Proficiency in SQL and MySQL database.
- Experience with Python and Java development.
- Familiarity with Jenkins and CI/CD automation.
- Excellent communication, documentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and initiative.
- Flexibility to balance multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Build connections between Watershed and client systems and configure Watershed to meet each client's goals.
- Build and maintain data pipelines and API integrations, writing scripts to manage data connections.
- Perform data analysis on complex data sets and build dashboards and reports.
- Consult with clients on goals, share best practices, and help build learning data ecosystems.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and influence product changes.
- Automate repetitive technical workflows and develop CI/CD deployment workflows.
- Serve as a public-facing representative and build rapport with clients.
- Train clients on effective use of the Watershed platform.
