Requirements
- 3+ years of proven design work experience (agency or design studio preferred).
- Digital portfolio demonstrating branding, identity, visual design, marketing design, and web design.
- Strong understanding of layout, hierarchy, color theory, typography, and composition.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Fluency in English (speaking, writing, and presenting).
- Ability to lead client calls, drive workshopping sessions, and manage client relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design digital assets for paid ads, email, SMS, landing pages, organic social, and Amazon creative.
- Create and maintain design systems ensuring brand consistency across multiple channels.
- Communicate directly with clients to present designs, lead workshopping, and secure project approvals.
- Analyze conversion drivers across marketing channels to execute high-performing design assets.
- Collaborate with internal teams and project managers to deliver landing pages and web design updates.
- Adhere to UI/UX best practices and company web design guidelines within Figma.
