Requirements
- Proven daily hands-on practice using developer agents and AI coding environments (Cursor, Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Google Antigravity, or similar) to write, optimize, and maintain production-grade code.
- Expertise in Java, JUnit, and Cucumber/Gherkin syntax for BDD.
- Deep experience testing web services, with specific emphasis on SOAP protocols and API testing.
- Hands-on experience scaling test frameworks and integrating test execution into CI/CD workflows.
- Professional fluency in English (C1).
- German proficiency (minimum B2 level).
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration tooling (e.g., GitHub Actions).
- Experience with enterprise test management tools such as Jira and Xray.
- Proficiency in relational database querying (Oracle SQL).
- Experience with workflow automation platforms (e.g., n8n).
Responsibilities
- Utilize AI coding tools to accelerate requirement analysis, write executable spec files, generate robust test code, and perform autonomous debugging and refactoring.
- Design and implement end-to-end integration test suites using Java, JUnit, and Cucumber/Gherkin targeting critical enterprise interfaces, specifically SOAP web services.
- Evolve existing automated testing architectures to support seamless, AI-assisted code generation and execution within modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Expand coverage for complex business flows, optimize execution speeds, and integrate automated verification checks directly into build workflows.
