Requirements
- Advanced skills in Kotlin or Java with a solid grasp of object-oriented design and patterns.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining test automation for complex, mission-critical backends, web services, or desktop applications.
- Proficiency with testing frameworks (TestNG or JUnit).
- Experience with browser automation (Selenium WebDriver, Selenide, or Playwright).
- Experience with build automation tools such as Gradle or Maven.
- Experience with containerization using Docker or Podman.
- Experience with reporting tools like Allure.
- Command of Git and understanding of software testing principles and concurrent programming concepts.
- Proven track record of creating internal platform tools or developer-experience improvements.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
Responsibilities
- Evolve the automated testing platform, including frameworks, infrastructure, reporting, and CI/CD chains.
- Identify and fix slow, manual, or fragile engineering processes at the root.
- Integrate AI into the quality workflow for test generation, failure triage, and self-healing tests.
- Work directly with product teams to help them write and own their tests and evangelize solid test design.
- Investigate failures and flakiness across both tests and product code to drive resolution.
- Participate in all stages of product development from initial design through release.
