Requirements
- Professional experience in finance, accounting, bookkeeping, or financial operations.
- Experience working with structured datasets and business systems.
- Proven ability to perform financial reconciliations and validate records.
- Strong Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to learn unfamiliar software platforms and workflows quickly.
- Comfortable working independently on complex assignments.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple activities and deadlines.
- Fluency in English.
- Availability to work according to PST, EST, or CST-aligned schedules.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile historical sponsor payments with CTMS activities, patient visits, and budgets.
- Recreate fixed-budget invoices within the CTMS using historical study information.
- Support ongoing payment, invoicing, accounts receivable, and reconciliation activities.
- Prepare and import patient accounts, trial builds, and historical patient visit data.
- Configure and fine-tune trial settings and ensure correct record associations.
- Perform data mapping, validation, quality checks, and troubleshooting.
- Analyze large or incomplete historical datasets to identify mapping requirements and inconsistencies.
- Maintain data integrity across CTMS records.
- Document mapping decisions and processes to create repeatable workflows.
