- Strong product sense, with the ability to identify the most impactful and scalable solution.
- Strong proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Solid backend and systems engineering capabilities.
- Experience designing backend systems and APIs.

Responsibilities
- Partner closely with intelligence analysts to understand their goals, constraints, workflows, and pain points, translating those insights into scalable technical solutions with measurable success criteria.
- Identify and prioritize the highest-leverage opportunities to improve intelligence collection, applying strong product judgment rather than simply automating isolated tasks.
- Design, build, and own AI-powered internal applications across the full stack, including backend services, APIs, data storage, infrastructure, and user-facing interfaces.
- Develop custom agentic solutions using modern AI models and technologies to augment and scale intelligence workflows.
- Own projects end to end, from technical design, architecture, and scoping through delivery, iteration, maintenance, and ongoing support.
- Build reliable, scalable systems that internal users can depend on in their day-to-day work.
- Continuously measure outcomes, gather feedback, and iterate on solutions to maximize their real-world impact and adoption.
- Serve as a technical anchor for projects while contributing to engineering standards, documentation, knowledge sharing, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Participate in an on-call rotation focused on supporting internal tools and triaging requests from designated support channels.
