- Strong Python skills and experience building backend services and APIs.
- Ability to independently transform ambiguous operational problems into technical solutions.
- Strong judgment in system design, testing, reliability, and maintainability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience building production AI- or LLM-enabled automation (highly desired).
- Experience with developer productivity or CI/CD tooling (highly desired).
- Experience with regulatory or compliance workflows like SOC 2 or FDA-regulated software (highly desired).
- Experience building internal systems at early-stage or scaling companies (highly desired).
Responsibilities
- Own high-leverage automation projects end-to-end from identification to delivery.
- Automate regulatory and compliance workflows including releases, traceability, and documentation.
- Improve engineering productivity through faster CI, release tooling, and internal developer tools.
- Build AI-enabled internal workflows for data labeling, evaluation, and structured extraction.
- Integrate systems and build maintainable production software with observability and failure handling.
