Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience in high-growth SaaS, EdTech, or consumer technology.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience managing full product lifecycle from vision to iteration.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in fast-paced startup or growth environments.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills to align stakeholders without formal authority.
- Excellent communication skills for simplifying complex concepts and influencing leadership.
- Experience with qualitative research, quantitative analysis, and market intelligence.
- Proficiency in using data, metrics, and experimentation to guide product decisions.
- Technical literacy and experience partnering with engineering teams.
- Practical understanding and enthusiasm for AI-powered product features.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and 12–18 month roadmap for science curriculum.
- Establish quarterly OKRs and success metrics to drive engagement, retention, and revenue.
- Manage product execution through stage-gate processes, discovery, and release planning.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Engineering, and cross-functional teams on product specifications and go-to-market strategy.
- Execute customer research, market analysis, and AI-feature integration to improve learning outcomes.
- Mentor junior product staff and contribute to high-performance culture.
