8+ years of product management experience, ideally in a high-growth SaaS, ed tech, or consumer tech environment.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a combination of education and direct experience.
Proven track record of managing the end-to-end lifecycle of complex products.
Demonstrated experience in startup or high-growth environments with shifting priorities.
Experience as a team leader capable of putting structure around ambiguity and aligning diverse stakeholders.
Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
Technical literacy and experience partnering with engineers to solve technical domains.
Enthusiasm for shaping AI-powered experiences and evaluating feasibility with technical teams.
Proficiency in setting product strategy, roadmaps, and OKRs.
Ability to conduct and analyze user research, both qualitative and quantitative.

Define the vision, strategy, and 12–18 month roadmap for science curriculum aligned with company goals.
Set quarterly OKRs and monitor performance metrics to drive customer retention, engagement, and revenue.
Own end-to-end product delivery from ideation and requirement gathering to launch and iteration.
Collaborate with Supply Chain to define physical product specifications and instructional quality standards.
Conduct qualitative research and quantitative analysis to translate user needs into product priorities.
Lead ceremonies for multiple teams and ensure blockers are resolved promptly.
Partner with Marketing, Sales, and CX to develop positioning and internal training for successful launches.
Identify and prioritize AI opportunities to leverage capabilities like personalization and automation.
