Requirements

- 3–6 years of total experience in BGV, KPO, verification, or operations.
- Strong understanding of U.S. employment and education verification processes.
- Willingness and availability to work U.S. night shifts, Monday through Friday.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MIS reporting.
- Experience with operational dashboards and performance reporting.
- Familiarity with BGV tools and verification platforms.
- Strong people leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven operational environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 10–20 associates responsible for employment and education verification processes.
- Allocate workloads, monitor productivity, and ensure daily and weekly operational targets are achieved.
- Drive adherence to SLAs, turnaround times, and quality benchmarks.
- Conduct coaching, feedback sessions, and performance reviews to strengthen team performance.
- Oversee end-to-end U.S. employment and education verification activities.
- Monitor communication with HR teams, employers, and educational institutions.
- Manage operational audits, escalations, and process improvement initiatives.
- Prepare MIS and operational reports to track KPIs like productivity and attrition.
