Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
- Strong technical and systems mindset.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and Shopify integrations/apps.
- Proven experience with Canva or similar design tools.
- Ability to create visual content, layouts, or mood boards.
- Strong email management and organizational skills.
- Fluent English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize 3+ email inboxes with rules, filters, and automations.
- Perform Shopify product management, app implementation, and integration support.
- Create and edit visual content, including furniture layouts, mood boards, and room concepts using Canva.
- Support marketing and content initiatives, including email campaigns.
- Handle data tracking, KPI reporting, and data organization using Excel.
