Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in project management, account management, or a similar role.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong critical thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to quickly grasp B2B and SaaS topics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using project management tools like Basecamp and communication platforms like Slack and Google Meet.
- Comfortable presenting to and handling questions from clients.
- Receptive to constructive feedback and solutions-oriented.
- Self-driven and motivated to see projects through to completion.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of content for a portfolio of clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via Slack, email, and video meetings.
- Collaborate with the Strategy team to align work programs with client needs.
- Create high-quality content briefs for the writing team.
- Perform final quality checks on all content before client delivery.
- Prioritize tasks across client portfolios and coordinate with internal teams.
- Identify and solve process inefficiencies to drive continuous improvement.
