Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, or related discipline.
- PhD or Master's in healthcare is mandatory if lacking previous experience in breast implants.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry.
- Strong scientific acumen with the ability to interpret and communicate clinical evidence.
- Proven expertise in KOL engagement and medical insight generation.
- Experience reviewing scientific claims and materials for regulatory compliance.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural, matrix organizations.
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple global initiatives.
- Commitment to high ethical standards and industry compliance policies.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of global Medical Affairs strategies and scientific initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strategic scientific partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), investigators, and healthcare stakeholders.
- Lead scientific exchange with external experts to communicate clinical data and product information.
- Identify evidence gaps and support initiatives like investigator-initiated studies and real-world evidence.
- Review and approve scientific and promotional claims to ensure clinical relevance and regulatory compliance.
- Partner cross-functionally with Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, Quality, and Marketing teams.
- Contribute to advisory boards, scientific congresses, and publication strategies.
- Monitor emerging scientific literature and clinical evidence to inform strategic medical planning.
