Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, or related discipline.
  • PhD or Master's in healthcare is mandatory if lacking previous experience in breast implants.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry.
  • Strong scientific acumen with the ability to interpret and communicate clinical evidence.
  • Proven expertise in KOL engagement and medical insight generation.
  • Experience reviewing scientific claims and materials for regulatory compliance.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to work effectively in multicultural, matrix organizations.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple global initiatives.
  • Commitment to high ethical standards and industry compliance policies.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of global Medical Affairs strategies and scientific initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strategic scientific partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), investigators, and healthcare stakeholders.
  • Lead scientific exchange with external experts to communicate clinical data and product information.
  • Identify evidence gaps and support initiatives like investigator-initiated studies and real-world evidence.
  • Review and approve scientific and promotional claims to ensure clinical relevance and regulatory compliance.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, Quality, and Marketing teams.
  • Contribute to advisory boards, scientific congresses, and publication strategies.
  • Monitor emerging scientific literature and clinical evidence to inform strategic medical planning.
