Requirements
- 2+ years of experience owning recurring operational work, reporting, coordination, or process execution.
- Comfortable working with operational data and using spreadsheets or dashboards to investigate issues.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail.
- Process-improvement mindset with ability to clarify ownership.
- Collaborative approach with experience working across global teams.
- Experience in fleet, warehouse, supply chain, mobility, or logistics environments is preferred.
- Experience building or maintaining SQL queries or BI dashboards is preferred.
- Experience supporting cross-functional programs or project management is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the execution of established recurring reporting and operating rhythms across Fleet Management.
- Build, maintain, and improve queries, dashboards, and recurring reports using established data sources.
- Partner with Local Ops to investigate and resolve fleet-management issues such as asset decay and operational holds.
- Coordinate operational programs including warehouse transitions, battery operations, and fleet availability.
- Drive the day-to-day operating cadence for assigned workstreams, including action tracking and status communication.
- Identify data and process gaps to improve reporting quality and operational performance.
