Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in project management, account management, and digital agency operations.
- Deep understanding of Shopify ecosystems and website delivery workflows.
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent client projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency with project management platforms, specifically Asana.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Experience working with CRO, SEO, and email marketing teams is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of agile delivery processes.
- Strong QA and process management mindset.
Responsibilities
- Manage up to 7 concurrent Shopify builds, CRO initiatives, SEO retainers, and support engagements.
- Maintain project timelines, budgets, documentation, and quality standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between development, design, SEO, and email teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leading roadmap discussions and review calls.
- Allocate tasks, conduct QA reviews, and provide mentorship to junior team members.
- Contribute to the improvement of internal SOPs, workflows, and operational efficiency.
- Assist with scoping, quoting, and budget management to ensure profitability.
