Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field.
- Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile Development Methodologies.
- Experience in IT business analysis and development of business artifacts.
- Experience with problem solving and consultation within complex environments.
- Proven ability to facilitate cross-functional team efforts.
- Self-provided internet service with minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed.
- Dedicated workspace lacking interruptions to protect PHI/HIPAA information.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to company offices for training or meetings.
Responsibilities
- Deliver new technological solutions to meet business needs aligned to enterprise objectives.
- Gather and document business system and functional requirements.
- Influence system design to optimize support and ensure business objectives are met.
- Coordinate implementation of design, requirements, and testing.
- Manage operational readiness and transition to production support teams.
- Make decisions regarding technical approach for project components.
