Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience at a leading management consulting firm, or 3+ years in a strategy, strategic operations, or comparable role requiring strong consulting capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to structure and solve complex business problems using frameworks such as competitive analysis, strategy roadmaps, investment prioritization, and operating model design.
  • Strong financial modeling skills, with experience interpreting complex operational and financial data and developing compelling business cases.
  • Ability to translate strategic recommendations into practical plans and support cross-functional execution through influence, coordination, and effective process management.
  • Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to create clear, concise, and compelling presentations and leadership deliverables.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, initiative, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and within a matrixed organization.
  • Ability to work during Eastern or Central Time business hours.
  • Prior experience in healthcare services or care delivery is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead structured, hypothesis-driven analyses to address strategic priorities, applying financial modeling, market research, qualitative insights, and business analysis.
  • Develop market and competitive assessments to identify opportunities, risks, trends, and strategic implications.
  • Build financial models, business cases, value analyses, and investment assessments to evaluate feasibility and support strategic decision-making.
  • Translate complex information and analytical findings into concise, executive-ready presentations, recommendations, and leadership updates.
  • Manage priority workstreams, including workplans, milestones, interdependencies, risks, and execution tracking.
  • Facilitate collaboration across functions and business units to align stakeholders, develop strategies, and move initiatives from analysis to execution.
  • Develop KPI and OKR frameworks and monitor progress, risks, and potential strategic impacts.
