Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 12+ years of related experience in a Project Management Office, Healthcare Management Consulting, or equivalent healthcare industry role.
- Highly skilled at overseeing multiple large complex health plan programs or projects.
- Executive presence with excellent interpersonal, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organizational, and conflict resolution skills.
- Solid understanding of program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Six Sigma).
- Proven ability to apply business process methodologies to ambiguous and complex business and technical problems.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to ensure technical solutions deliver business and customer value.
- Experience with Atlassian, Smartsheet, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Tableau tools.
- Ability to travel 10-25% to client sites as directed.
- Advanced degree is preferred.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementations from kickoff through go-live, owning timelines, milestones, and cross-functional coordination.
- Configure the platform and integrations, train customer teams, and ensure operational readiness.
- Guide the creation of implementation models and support the development of technical solutions.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate cross-functional team members and client SMEs to ensure strategic and operational goals are met.
- Oversee project teams by providing direction, delegation, and obstacle removal.
- Manage risk mitigation and impediment resolution processes internally and with clients.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and institute program management process improvements.
- Standardize the approach for transitioning from implementation to ongoing operations.
