Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active membership in good standing of any State Bar.
- 4+ years of legal experience.
- Strong emphasis on healthcare regulatory matters.
- Experience with complex vendor and technology contract negotiations.
- Exceptional contract drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proven track record of providing commercially focused legal advice.
- Sound judgment in identifying and balancing legal, operational, and business risks.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of vendor, technology, professional services, and healthcare agreements.
- Oversee the full contract lifecycle from intake to renewal.
- Advise on MSO-style practice management, physician operations, and value-based care initiatives.
- Ensure enterprise-wide adherence to healthcare laws and manage risk.
- Partner with executives and business leaders to provide practical, efficient legal solutions.
- Develop legal training programs and champion the use of contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools.
- Manage external legal resources and control associated costs.
