Requirements
- BS/BA in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems) or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years in technical project management, delivery management, or technical operations.
- 3+ years experience managing a team of 10 or more people.
- Expert-level Jira and Confluence administration (workflows, automation, JQL, dashboards).
- Experience leading a distributed team across multiple time zones.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Willingness to work hours overlapping with U.S. Eastern Time.
- Ability to perform hands-on configuration work when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a large configuration team.
- Build and maintain a capacity model to manage team workload and forecasting.
- Manage configuration timelines and deliverable due dates for partner implementations.
- Track and report metrics such as cycle time, throughput, and on-time completion.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
- Define and improve configuration processes, including intake, validation, and handoff.
- Administer Jira and Confluence to ensure accurate tracking and documentation.
