Requirements

B. Tech / B.E. in Computer Science/IT or MBA/PGDM in Marketing.
Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT/Software company.
Experience in SaaS software sales.
Experience handling BFSI customers or government agencies.
Analytical and inquisitive mind to foresee and report market trends.
Ability to present company values and products effectively.
Ability to manage sales cycles from start to finish.
Proven track record of past sales performance.
Professional attitude and strong negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Flexibility to work according to international time zones.

Responsibilities

Take independent responsibility to grow and manage Convene business in the assigned region (Domestic / International).
Create detailed business plans for the assigned region.
Lead sales and marketing activities through the shared team to ensure goal and target achievements.
Frequently report planned versus actual business goals to the board and management.
