Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience in HR, with significant time as a People Business Partner.
- Experience supporting R&D functions in large, complex, operationally intensive organizations.
- Proven foundation in HR principles and practice, including employment law and compliance.
- Strong ability to coach employees and management through complex and difficult issues.
- Experience working with globally diverse teams.
- Ability to analyze and interpret workforce data to support strategy.
- Experience with change management and organizational transformation.
- Strong ethics, discretion, and judgment regarding sensitive information.
- Ability to thrive in high-volume, fast-paced, and unstructured environments.
- Excellent communication skills for driving organizational change.
Responsibilities
- Develop trusted relationships with managers to create strategy and drive organizational change across R&D.
- Support leaders through core People processes, including annual compensation reviews, growth reviews, and performance management.
- Provide training and mentorship to leadership to maintain a positive employee experience and support professional development.
- Help managers address performance issues and navigate complex employee relations matters, including conducting investigations.
- Evaluate and recommend changes for performance management, career development, compensation, and retention.
- Develop programs supporting learning, career growth, and mobility.
- Analyze trends and metrics to develop data-driven solutions, programs, and policies.
- Provide HR policy recommendations, guidance, and interpretation.
- Drive diversity practices to foster an inclusive environment.
